Job Title: Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and ownership throughout the customer's experience.
2. Maintain a close relationship with the workshop to ensure high standards of communication.
3. Meet and exceed individual KPI targets to contribute to productivity and customer satisfaction.
4. Handle customer inquiries promptly to maintain loyalty and retention.
5. Establish clear understanding with customers regarding work to be carried out.
6. Maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
7. Manage vehicle handover and explain work carried out to ensure customer understanding and approval.
8. Adhere to manufacturer service requirements and maintain high safety standards.
9. Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to excel in a team environment and achieve common goals.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Organized, confident, and smart appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.

Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 basic + £9,500 OTE
