Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, a leading UK automotive retailer, is seeking a Service Administrator for our Toyota Medway Retail Centre. You will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are in for maintenance and repair, ensuring smooth communication and a trusted experience.

Based in the heart of our aftersales team, you will help record vehicle histories, coordinate with technicians, and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Motor industry experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administration duties within the service department.
• Deal with customer’s requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
• Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively.
