Job summary

MAN Truck & Bus UK is seeking a Service Administrator for our Stockton Branch. You will manage vehicle records, claims, and job cards, and prepare invoices while aiming to hit monthly targets.

The role requires someone with strong organisational skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. Prior knowledge of heavy vehicles is preferred, with ESA experience beneficial.

Have you worked in a busy admin function working towards key deadlines?

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our busy team in our Stockton Branch on a full time basis.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external customers making sure the vehicle records, claims and job cards are managed effectively and timely. All whilst creating invoices as and when required and ensuring that you are meeting monthly targets.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who would be flexible, adaptable and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll work as part of a small team but also need the ability to use your own initiative and manage your workload with great organisation skills. We would be looking for someone with general IT skills along with having a good technical knowledge or understanding of heavy vehicles and would preferably having previously used ESA.
