An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join a busy and close-knit service team based in Buckingham. The role will initially focus on planning and scheduling pre-planned maintenance , working proactively with customers to arrange service visits up to six months in advance. As you become established in the role, your responsibilities will develop to include managing incoming breakdown calls and emails, logging service requirements and coordinating engineer appointments around a busy and continually changing diary.
