GAUCHO is seeking an experienced Table Host to join the team for the festive period on a fixed-term contract through 3 January 2027. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, friendly and able to upsell GAUCHO products with confidence.

As a GAUCHO ambassador, you will work with the restaurant team to deliver unforgettable hospitality, maintain product knowledge and contribute to driving sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to upsell and enhance guest experience.
• Warm, friendly and professional demeanour.

Responsabilités

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence.
• Maintain product knowledge and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support management to maximise sales by driving covers and spend per head.
• Ensure guest orders are received and processed accurately.
• Help keep the restaurant clean and organized per procedures.
