GAUCHO Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter who brings warmth, empathy and a positive, team-oriented approach to guest service. You will uphold GAUCHO standards, upsell products with confidence and help drive sales while delivering a memorable dining experience.

As a GAUCHO ambassador, you will contribute to a vibrant, fast-paced environment, ensuring staff wellbeing and a welcoming atmosphere for guests across every shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all guests.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence following GAUCHO steps and standards.
• Strengthen product knowledge to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support management to maximise sales by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organised and follow setup/breakdown procedures.

Key Responsibilities of a GAUCHO Senior Waiter

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
