GAUCHO in Greenwich is seeking an experienced Table Host for the festive period on a fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. The role requires warmth, hospitality, and a proactive approach to upselling GAUCHO products.

As a GAUCHO ambassador you will work with the team to deliver a memorable dining experience, maintain high service standards, help drive sales, and keep the restaurant clean and well organized on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion as a Table Host.
• Ability to upsell GAUCHO products with confidence.
• Represents GAUCHO as an ambassador and upholds service standards.

Responsabilités

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience for all guests.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence while following GAUCHO steps and standards.
• Strengthen product knowledge to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support the management team to maximise sales by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Help maintain a clean and organized restaurant at all times and follow setup/breakdown procedures.
