Job summary

Blakeney Hotel on the North Norfolk Coast is seeking friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated applicants to join the Kitchen team as Kitchen Porter. You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen and surrounding areas clean, washing up and assisting during service and preparation periods.

We offer full-time and part-time positions covering early, late and weekend shifts on a rota basis, with access to leisure facilities and subsidised staff meals.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Washing crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils from service and preparation periods.
• Cleaning fridges, hot cupboards, high- & low-level shelving, food preparation areas, cupboards and trolleys.
• Disposing of rubbish, food waste and recyclables.

Blakeney Hotel is an award winning privately owned and family run 4-star hotel on the North Norfolk Coast.

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated applicants to join the Kitchen team as Kitchen Porter. Our Kitchen Porters are responsible for cleaning and looking after the kitchen and some outside areas. They wash up and ensure that cleanliness in the Kitchen is kept to the highest standard.

Role of a KitchenPorter:

• Maintainingthe highest standards of cleanliness
• Washingof crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils from service & preparationperiods
• Cleaningof the fridges, hot cupboards, high- & low-level shelving, food preparationareas, cupboards & trolleys
• Disposingof all rubbish, food waste & recyclable materials

WorkingHours:

Full-timeand Part-time positions covering early, late, and mid shifts, including weekends on a rota basis.
