Job summary

The Blakeney Hotel on the North Norfolk coast is seeking friendly, reliable team members to join our housekeeping team. We offer full training and opportunities to progress into supervisory roles, with a supportive team environment.

Shifts run 9:00am to 3/3:30pm, with weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis. We welcome applicants seeking long-term careers in hospitality and offer competitive pay with gratuities and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Physically able (on your feet, lifting, climbing stairs).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and public areas.
• Maintaining high standards across the hotel.
• Working independently (after training) and as part of a team.
• For supervisory level applicants: supporting and guiding the housekeeping team.
• Helping maintain standards across the hotel.
• Assisting with training and day-to-day organisation.
• Reporting any maintenance issues.
• Leading by example while actively taking part in cleaning duties alongside the team.

The Blakeney Hotel is an award winning, four star, 64 bedroom, privately owned and family run hotel located in an unrivalled position on the Quay in Blakeney on the North Norfolk coast.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our housekeeping team.

We are also keen to hear from you if you have experience and are ready to step into, or develop towards, a supervisory role.
