As a Waiting Team Member at Public House Group, you will greet guests, share menu knowledge, check on guests during meals, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional service across our venues. Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome, helping with menu choices and special requests.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu and ingredients to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to deliver efficient service.

What you'll be doing as a Waiting Team Member:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
• Food & drink knowledge: have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Collaborative teamwork: work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is highly advantageous.
