Job summary

Public House Group is seeking experienced, customer-focused waiting staff to join our waiting team. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, and help ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience across our venues in London.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
• Food & drink knowledge: have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Collaborative teamwork: work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
