Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking enthusiastic hospitality team members to deliver warm, friendly service and expert recommendations in a fast-paced airport environment.

You'll manage your section, work closely with teammates, and uphold high standards across every shift, with training provided for those new to customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities are required.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy airport environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts from 3:00am.
• Willingness to provide 5-year work/education/personal references and undergo security checks.

Job description

As a Server with The Restaurant Group (TRG),you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. From delivering warm welcomes and providing outstanding service within your section, to making menu recommendations and supporting your teammates, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys their visit

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and engaging customer service
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently
• Making knowledgeable recommendations to guests
• Managing your section to deliver excellent service standards
• Working closely with colleagues to create a positive team environment
• Maintaining high standards throughout every shift

While previous experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided

You'll be someone who can provide excellent hospitality to our guests, no matter what time they are dining with us. Airport shifts can start as early as 3:00am, but early starts mean early finishes

The Key Requirements for this role include

• Willingness to undertake a criminal record check as part of the airport security clearance process
