Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is hiring a Bartender to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced airport setting. You’ll welcome guests, suggest drinks, prepare beverages to a high standard, and keep the bar clean and well presented.

Airport shifts start early, with opportunities to provide memorable guest experiences while working as part of a busy team. You’ll need strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to obtain airport security clearance.

• Great people and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy airport environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early starts from 3:00am.
• Ability to provide a full 5-year work, education, or personal reference history.
• Willingness to undertake a criminal record check as part of the airport security clearance process.

Key responsibilities include:

You’ll be someone who can provide excellent hospitality no matter what time guests are dining with us. Airport shifts can start as early as 3:00am, but early starts often mean early finishes
