Job summary

The Restaurant Group is seeking a Host to join our busy airport dining teams. You will greet guests, manage queues during peak periods, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional guest journey.

This is a fast-paced environment with early shifts starting around 3:00am; you will maintain high service standards, provide a welcoming atmosphere, and support colleagues. Free meals and staff discounts are among benefits.

As a Host with The Restaurant Group (TRG), you'll create unforgettable guest experiences and play a key role in ensuring every guest's journey starts positively. Working in our busy airport environment, you'll deliver warm welcomes, manage guest queues during peak periods, and help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

Your responsibilities will include:

You'll be someone who can provide outstanding service no matter what time guests are dining with us. Airport shifts can start as early as 3:00am, but early starts mean early finishes

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent people and communication skills


• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities


• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy airport environment


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts from 3:00am


• Ability to provide a full 5-year work, education, or personal reference history


• Willingness to undertake a criminal record check as part of the airport security clearance process
