Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is recruiting a Server to join our hospitality team in Edinburgh. You will welcome guests, take orders, and help deliver memorable dining experiences across our brands.

We offer benefits including free meals on shift, up to 30% staff discount, and access to training and development. Flexibility is required, with airport shifts possible from 3am, and a positive, customer‑facing attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role is welcome but not essential.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start as early as 3am.
• Must be able to provide a 5-year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
• Strong hospitality mindset and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities
