Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) at Heathrow Airport is seeking a proactive Host to welcome guests, manage queues, and help deliver a smooth dining experience in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will join a team focused on warm hospitality, supporting guests from early mornings through busy periods while upholding high service standards and ensuring guest journeys start positively.

Qualifications

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy airport environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts from 3:00am.
• Ability to provide a full 5-year work, education, or personal reference history.
• Willingness to undertake a criminal record check as part of the airport security clearance process.

As a Host with The Restaurant Group (TRG), you'll create unforgettable guest experiences and play a key role in ensuring every guest's journey starts positively. Working in our busy airport environment, you'll deliver warm welcomes, manage guest queues during peak periods, and help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

Your responsibilities will include:

You'll be someone who can provide outstanding service no matter what time guests are dining with us. Airport shifts can start as early as 3:00am, but early starts mean early finishes
