Job Opportunity: Senior Youth Support Worker at Lufton College

Join Lufton College, an organization dedicated to supporting young people and adults with autism and additional learning needs. We offer a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care for free, along with ongoing professional development and a supportive work environment.

Our students, aged 16 to 25, present a wide range of needs and abilities. Our goal is to help them build hope, confidence, knowledge, and skills to unlock their potential. We support their journey towards independence through holistic care across care, education, and therapeutic services.

As a Senior Youth Support Worker, you will be a positive role model, mentor, and leader within a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include supporting young people's development through community activities and tailored support plans.

We are seeking candidates who are organized, calm, mature, and excellent communicators, passionate about quality care, and eager to develop their careers. Flexibility in shift patterns is required, and a supportive 6-month probationary period will be provided, including mentoring and line management support.
