We are seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service in Exmouth, supporting a fantastic group of people in a welcoming environment. You will assist the Manager with daily supervision, shift allocation, training, induction, supervision, medication management, and financial support for those we serve.

This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, helping colleagues grow and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 (or working towards) in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with behavioural challenges, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, or trauma.
