Job summary

ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead a team of 11 engineers in a two-site operation in the North West. This hands-on leadership role combines technical involvement with team management to drive productivity and quality.

You will be the primary technical contact for customers and suppliers, responsible for continuous improvement and ensuring high standards across the workshop, with a competitive salary and a 10% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection and repair of mechanical components.
