Job summary

ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Workshop Manager in the North West. You will lead a team of 11 engineers in a hands-on workshop, driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary technical contact for customers and suppliers.

The role requires progression from mechanical supervision or team leadership, with strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines and pumps, plus travel across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components.
• Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Manager role.
• Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites.

• Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
