Job summary

Odin Recruitment Group is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for our North West site. You will lead a team of engineers in a hands-on role, ensuring productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary technical contact for customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader, with strong knowledge of gearboxes, winches, motors, and rotating equipment. You will travel occasionally and be flexible for overtime as needed.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
