Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with workplace design standards in a large, complex organisation.
• Knowledge of government procurement and regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workplace Design Standards Lead in developing and implementing Design Guides.
• Ensure new and upgraded properties meet standards for quality and consistency.
• Advise external designers and supply chain partners to align with technical and architectural standards.
• Lead Post-Occupancy Evaluation and drive improvements based on feedback.
• Deliver training and share best practices across teams and departments.
