Job summary
Focus on WD in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Workday People Systems Manager to lead Workday delivery, optimisation and service management. You will provide hands-on Workday expertise, lead a team of Workday specialists and own the ongoing development, support and governance of the platform.

Qualifications
- 5+ years' hands-on Workday experience.
- Strong Workday HCM experience.
- Experience with additional Workday modules.
- Proven configuration and technical delivery.
- Experience across Workday implementations and major change.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security and data governance.
- Experience with ITIL / Agile / Scrum.
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday configuration, development and optimisation.
- Manage Workday delivery from requirements through to deployment.
- Own incidents, service requests and change management.
- Lead Workday security, access and data governance.
- Manage Workday releases, testing and tenant health.
- Lead, coach and develop a Workday delivery team.
- Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across the Workday environment.
