Job summary

Focus on WD in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Workday People Systems Manager to lead Workday delivery, optimisation and service management. You will provide hands-on Workday expertise, lead a team of Workday specialists and own the ongoing development, support and governance of the platform.

The role will involve leading configuration, development and optimisation, managing delivery from requirements through to deployment, owning incidents, security and data governance, coordinating

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong Workday HCM experience.
• Experience with additional Workday modules.
• Proven configuration and technical delivery.
• Experience across Workday implementations and major change.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security and data governance.
• Experience with ITIL / Agile / Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills.
