Logic Managed Services Ltd. in Cambridge is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for Workday & People Systems to lead delivery, service management and continuous improvement of a complex Workday landscape.

You will manage a team of HR & Workday professionals, overseeing technical delivery and 2nd/3rd line support across Workday and related systems, while aligning with business needs in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Workday technical and functional configuration.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge, ideally across modules such as Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Peakon or VNDLY.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, permissions, data foundations and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of Workday solutions through Agile/Scrum from user story refinement to deployment and live service.
• Manage ongoing Workday development and release roadmaps.
• Provide technical and functional expertise across the Workday environment.
• Ensure effective management of Workday biannual releases, tenant health and housekeeping.
• Lead incident, service request and change management with SLAs met.
• Own Workday access, security and data governance, audit readiness and privacy.
