Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (Workday) to own the Workday platform, lead a delivery team and partner with HR and Technology stakeholders to ensure stability, security and continuous improvement across the organisation. You will drive releases, governance and high-quality service delivery in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday delivery or platform ownership.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge and related modules.
• Experience with Workday security, access controls and governance.
• Proven team leadership and service management experience.
• Experience delivering system enhancements, upgrades and development roadmaps.
• Proactive approach to platform health and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation, support and continuous improvement of the Workday platform.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for Workday delivery, support and administration.
• Oversee incident, request and service management activities, ensuring high levels of performance and user satisfaction.
• Drive the delivery of new functionality, enhancements and platform improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practice, configuration, security and governance.
• Monitor tenant health and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Partner with HR and Technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage Workday releases, testing activities and change deployments.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement across processes, systems and service delivery.
