Job summary

Focus Cloud is recruiting a Workday People Systems Manager for the East of England. This hybrid role balances hands-on Workday delivery with system optimisation, service management and team leadership to ensure the Workday platform remains stable and performs at a high level.

You will lead the Workday People Systems function, work with HR, Payroll and IT, and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous improvements in processes and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong Workday HCM background.
• Proven Workday configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security and Data Governance.
• Experience managing Workday support, incidents and change.
• Previous experience leading and developing Workday teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Workday People Systems function.
• Provide hands-on support across Workday HCM configuration and optimisation.
• Oversee Workday support, incidents, service requests and change.
• Lead Workday configuration, enhancements and implementation activity.
• Ensure effective Workday Security and Data Governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of Workday processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Workday team.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and wider business stakeholders.
