Job summary

Accenture is looking for a Workday Core HCM Lead to guide global clients through end-to-end HCM deployments, combining advisory work with cloud-based HR solutions. You will drive workshops, manage workstreams, and collaborate with clients and Workday to exceed expectations.

You will lead diverse teams, align with Workday methodologies, and contribute to innovation in HR transformations. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple End-to End Workday HCM projects from initiation to completion.
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant cloud/on-premise platforms.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; able to articulate complex requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on Workday Core HCM standards and lead functional solutions.
• Host workshops and discussions aligned with your expertise in Workday Core HCM.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, Accenture colleagues and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets.
