Job summary

Sportradar AG in London seeks a sharp People Systems & Insights Partner to own the Workday domain, driving data integrity across performance, learning, benefits, time and absence, and security controls for insights.

You will execute mass loads, run live-cycle processes, resolve tier-2 tickets, and contribute to testing and reporting, with opportunities to grow into larger Workday ownership. This role supports flexible working and a global team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in HRIS, HR systems, or people analytics; Workday experience preferred.
• Precision with data and audit trails.
• Organised and calm during live cycles; deadline-driven.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and business teams.
• Ambition to grow into a Workday specialist.

Responsibilities

• Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes and cycles.
• Run quarterly and annual cycles: performance, calibration, talent and compensation review support.
• Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) and address root causes.
• Own testing for Workday releases and data retention/purging routines.
• Implement Workday configuration improvements and ownership growth.
• Support Workday reports and dashboards with secure, clean data.
