Job summary

Berkmann Wine Cellars Ltd, a London-based premium wine importer and distributor, is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to ensure seamless wine availability across the UK. You will own forecasting, replenishment, and supplier coordination to keep our national network well supplied.

Working with Sales, Finance and 3PL partners, you will analyze stock and performance data, drive continuous improvements, and help mitigate risks.

Qualifications

Degree in business or analytical discipline.
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systems.
Excellent Excel skills; advanced user.
Wine industry experience or WSET certification is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import documentation, and wine logistics.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-End supply management: forecasting, replenishment, supplier pipelines, and UK transfers.
Data-driven decisions: monitor stock levels, trends and performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, 3PLs and freight forwarders.
Risk mitigation: ensure stock availability and clear communications.
Continuous improvement: drive smarter working and supply chain initiatives.
