Job summary

People First is seeking a Production & Supply Chain Planner in Central London. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a salary of £40-50k and a permanent contract starting ASAP.

The 38-hour week and cross-functional responsibilities will suit a detail-oriented planner committed to reliability. You will balance demand, capacity and inventory across markets, work with Operations, Logistics, Sales and Quality, and drive data-driven decisions to improve service

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and supply chain in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand, capacity and inventory to ensure production plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Sales and Quality.
• Monitor OTIF performance and manage stock levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance.
