Job summary

Silverhand Estate is seeking a dynamic Production and Supply Manager to lead bottling, packaging and production scheduling in a fast-paced beverage environment. You will drive annual and weekly production plans aligned with sales forecasts, maximise line efficiency, and manage external contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include procurement, inventory control, and KPI reporting to senior management, with a strong emphasis on HACCP, BRC, and H&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production supervisor role, ideally within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of bottling or packaging machinery.
• Experience with OEE metrics and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with HACCP, BRC and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottling, labelling, packaging and production scheduling activities.
• Develop and manage annual, quarterly and weekly production plans aligned to sales forecasts.
• Ensure maximum line efficiency and utilisation across production facilities.
• Manage bottling contractors and third-party production/maintenance partners.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Track and report production KPIs to senior management.
• Source and procure dry goods and packaging materials; negotiate supplier contracts.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing and logistics to optimise service levels.
• Lead, coach and develop production, warehouse and supply chain teams.
