Job summary

Silverhand Estate is seeking a Production and Supply Manager to lead our bottling, packaging and scheduling activities. You will own end-to-end supply chain planning, drive improvements and ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC and health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities include procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on forecasted demand. The role requires strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production/supply management in food or beverage environments.
• Strong knowledge of bottling, labeling, packaging machinery.
• Familiar with HACCP, BRC, and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottling, packaging and production scheduling to align with forecasts.
• Source and manage procurement for bottles, corks, labels, and packaging.
• Maintain accurate stock records and lead monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Oversee warehousing operations, 5S and lean practices.
• Manage outbound/inbound logistics and ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Lead and develop production and supply chain teams and drive continuous improvement.
