Key Responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate and monitor bottling, labelling, and disgorging equipment
• Support the planning and execution of daily production runs
• Ensure production quality standards and safety procedures are maintained
• Assist with warehouse organisation and stock movement
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support basic equipment maintenance
• Guide and coordinate small teams of production operators
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

During harvest, you may also work closely with experienced winemakers, gaining valuable hands‑on exposure to the winemaking process.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in winery, beer, beverage, food production, manufacturing, or mechanical environments
• Practical and mechanically minded with strong problem‑solving ability
• Highly detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality
• Comfortable organising and guiding small teams
• Some previous supervisory experience is advantageous
