Ready to make an impact in a fast-paced supply chain environment? SHS Drinks is recruiting for a Supply Executive to join the Supply team.
The successful candidate will ensure that stock levels are maintained to enable the business to achieve its service level agreements with customers and that stocks are kept within the budgeted inventory levels.
The role covers all aspects of production planning with sub-contract manufacturers, with regular communication and management of any issues. You will be required to work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the most optimum supply plan is achieved.
What you'll be doing
- Managing production across third-party manufacturing sites, ensuring production plans are delivered on time and meet volume targets.
- Maintaining and regularly updating factory production plans.
- Ensuring production schedules are accurately maintained in IBP and SAP from the outset.
- Chairing regular factory meetings and ensuring OTIF (On Time In Full) performance targets are achieved.
- Managing raw material stock levels in line with just-in-time principles.
- Maintaining material master data in SAP, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Maintaining material master data within IBP.
- Producing and reviewing weekly glass bottle forecasts, highlighting any potential stock risks or supply issues.
- Managing factory contract pricing within SAP.
- Working closely with Finance to ensure accurate costing and robust processes.
- Investigating and resolving blocked or parked invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Preparing month-end reports, including unfulfilled demand and raw material reporting.
- Supporting and contributing to supply chain projects, helping to drive efficient ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Creating and maintaining reports and analysis as required by the Supply Manager.

- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how supply chain performance contributes to sales success and customer service excellence.
- A sound understanding of manufacturing processes and how they interact with the wider supply chain.
- Experience with SAP, Excel and IBP
