Job summary

Silverhand Estate is seeking a Production and Supply Manager to lead bottling, packaging and logistics operations into 2027 with ambition and discipline. You will own production planning, supplier management and KPI reporting, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with HACCP, BRC and H&S standards.

Lead production labour planning, warehouse activities and distribution, while collaborating with Sales, Finance and Commercial teams to optimise working capital and service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production supervisor/manager role.
• Strong knowledge of bottling/packaging machinery and processes.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, OEE, HACCP, BRC and safety standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottling, labelling, packaging and production scheduling.
• Develop and manage production plans aligned to forecasts.
• Manage procurement budgets and supplier relationships.
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and S&OP processes.
• Lead warehouse operations, logistics and distribution to meet OTIF targets.
• Coach and develop production, warehouse and supply chain teams.
• Report KPIs and drive performance improvements.
