Job summary

SHS Drinks in Gloucester is seeking a Supply Executive to join our Supply team. You will manage production across third-party sites, keep production plans current and ensure OTIF targets are met while maintaining stock within budget.

You will work with Finance and internal/external stakeholders to develop the most efficient supply plan, maintain SAP/IBP data, and produce timely month-end reports. This role offers a pivotal position in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with SAP, Excel and IBP.

Responsibilities

• Manage production across third-party sites to meet volume targets.
• Maintain and update factory production plans.
• Ensure schedules are maintained in IBP and SAP.
• Chair factory meetings and monitor OTIF performance.
• Manage raw material stock levels and JIT principles.
• Produce monthly reports on unfulfilled demand and raw materials.
• Support supply chain projects and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain reports for Supply Manager.
