Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator for Havelock Court Care Home in London. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week with weekend flexibility and a salary of £12.85 to £13.85 per hour, depending on experience.

The home provides dementia and nursing care, with a focus on person-centred support. You will run daily activity sessions, coordinate resident activities and support meal duties, with opportunities to engage with local communities and social media

Qualifications

• You’re a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork, effectively managing priorities as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Running a morning and afternoon activity session.
• Activities are tailored to residents and may include musical acts, days out, exercise classes, community visits to organise days out/events at the home.
• Assisting with breakfast, lunch and dinner duties when necessary.
• Organising one-to-ones with residents, using reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading or a chat.
• Updating paperwork, care plans, activity notes and managing emails.
• Supporting the home with social media channels as required.
