Job summary

Platinum Search is working with a growing fashion ecommerce retailer to recruit a Senior Web Analyst who will own web and app analytics, CRO, and experimentation to drive digital performance and improve customer journeys.

You’ll collaborate with Ecommerce, Trading, Marketing, Product and UX to turn insights into commercial improvements, build dashboards, govern tagging, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web analytics, preferably in ecommerce, fashion.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own web and app analytics, tracking strategy, and tagging governance across GA4 and GTM.
• Lead CRO and experimentation program (A/B and multivariate tests).
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and drop-offs to identify opportunities.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for key digital KPIs.
• Use segmentation and cohort analysis to influence marketing and personalization.
• Ensure tracking accuracy, GDPR compliance.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.
