Job summary

Harnham is seeking a CRO Analyst in the UK to drive conversion rate optimisation and digital customer experience. You will work across key digital platforms, using data to shape commercial decisions and improve the online journey.

Responsibilities include analysing customer behaviour, running experiments, and collaborating with Trading, Product and Design teams to implement improvements. A strong understanding of analytics tools and UX is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRO and ecommerce analytics.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience presenting test results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve conversion and UX.
  • Utilise heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis to generate insights.
  • Design, coordinate and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Prioritise opportunities based on commercial impact and customer insight.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Product, Design and Digital teams to implement improvements.
  • Monitor performance, measure ROI, and report testing outcomes.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support optimisation strategies.
  • Support a mature test-and-learn culture within the team.

The Role

As a CRO Analyst, you will support and deliver conversion rate optimisation initiatives across key digital platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience
  • Using tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and user research to generate actionable insights
  • Designing, coordinating, and evaluating A/B tests and other experimentation programmes
  • Prioritising optimisation opportunities based on commercial impact and customer insight
  • Working closely with Trading, Product, Design, and Digital teams to implement improvements
  • Monitoring performance, measuring ROI, and reporting on testing outcomes
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research to support optimisation strategies
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of a mature test-and-learn culture
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience within CRO, eCommerce analytics, or digital optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with CRO platforms such as Contentsquare, AB Tasty, or similar tools
  • Understanding of customer journey analysis, UX principles, and online user behaviour
  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating findings into business recommendations
  • Experience presenting insights and test results to stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving digital environment
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, or other web analytics tools
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
