This role involves leading the conversion strategy and embedding best-practice CRO processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering CRO initiatives, hands-on experience with CRO tools, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Formación

• Proven experience delivering CRO initiatives with commercial impact.
• At least 2 years’ experience with website analytics tools.
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a test and learn mindset in the ecommerce function.
• Lead the CRO and digital analytics agenda.
• Plan and execute A/B testing and website optimisation.
