Job summary

Atwal Wealth Management in Solihull is seeking an experienced Administrator (with potential to move into paraplanning). You will own the end-to-end progression of wealth management cases, prepare annual review packs, and proactively liaise with providers to secure LOAs and schedules.

The role is 100% office-based with the possibility to progress into Wealth Advice. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Mortgages is required.
• Familiarity with provider portals, wrap platforms, pensions and investment products.
• Experience with wealth management CRM systems; Openwork Partnership systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Ownership: progress wealth management cases from start to compliant completion.
• Annual Review Preparation: collate annual client review packs and validate valuations.
• Diligent Provider Chasing: pursue LOAs, fund valuations and policy schedules.
• Compliance & Systems: maintain file hygiene and comply with network standards.
• Internal Coordination: support Advisers and Operations Lead by owning admin tasks.
