Job summary

Atwal Wealth Management in Solihull is seeking an experienced Administrator to own case progression and annual review packs in a fast-growing wealth management practice. This role develops toward paraplanning and requires proactive liaison with providers to keep pipelines moving.

You will manage end-to-end case progression, maintain excellent file hygiene, and support the Advisers and Operations Lead by handling administrative tasks with precision and pace.

Qualifications

• Experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Mortgages is required.
• Proven administrative experience in a financial services setting.
• Familiarity with provider portals and wrap platforms.
• Experience with wealth management CRM systems.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End case progression from initiation to compliant completion.
• Lead annual client review packs and verify valuation data.
• Proactively chase LOAs, fund valuations and policy schedules.
• Maintain file hygiene and comply with network standards.
• Provide operational backbone to enable Advisers to focus on clients.
