Atwal Wealth Management in Solihull is seeking an experienced Administrator to own end-to-end case progression, annual review packs, and proactive provider liaison. The role offers a clear path toward paraplanning, with a focus on compliance, CRM usage, and seamless client service.

The ideal candidate has proven wealth management administration experience, familiarity with provider portals and wrap platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Competenze

• Proven administrative experience specifically within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Mortgages.
• Familiarity with provider portals, wrap platforms, pensions and investment products.
• Experience with wealth management CRM systems.
• Direct experience with The Openwork Partnership network is highly desirable but not essential.

Mansioni

• End-to-End Case Ownership: manage progression from initiation to compliant completion.
• Annual Review Preparation: collate annual client review packs and verify valuation data.
• Diligent Provider Chasing: chase LOAs, fund valuations and policy schedules.
• Compliance & Systems: maintain file hygiene and records per compliance standards.
• Internal Coordination: support advisers and Operations Lead by handling admin tasks.
• Office-based in Solihull: commute to B91 five days a week.
