The JobsBoard is recruiting an experienced Paraplanner for a growing wealth management firm in the United Kingdom. You will support Financial Advisers by analysing client information, conducting research and preparing clear, technically sound suitability reports.

With at least two years in paraplanning, you will draft detailed illustrations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage multiple cases with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years' paraplanning experience in a financial planning organisation.
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process.
• Ability to produce detailed suitability reports.
• Good knowledge of investments and pensions.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Attend adviser debriefings and follow instructions after client meetings.
• Analyse client information collected by advisers.
• Research investments, pensions and products to identify suitable solutions.
• Use financial research tools to support recommendations and meet client objectives.
• Maintain clear records and supporting evidence of all research undertaken.
• Prepare suitability reports, client illustrations and key features documentation.
• Draft financial planning solutions based on client needs and circumstances.
• Prepare client files ahead of review meetings.
• Ensure files remain accurate, up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Work in line with compliance procedures and internal processes.
• Manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
