Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project/Programme & Commercial Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the lifecycle. You will manage scope, programme, budget, risk and contracts, working with client teams, technical specialists and partners to deliver major capital programmes.

The role requires MAPM/PRINCE2/PMP, ChPP progression, and strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams while promoting sustainability and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary water sector projects and programmes
• Strong understanding of asset investment, sustainability and regulatory drivers
• Proven ability to lead projects through full lifecycle and manage scope, cost and risk

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the lifecycle.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, risk, change and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Administer NEC4 ECC contracts and ensure contractual performance.
• Collaborate with client teams, technical specialists, contractors and partners to drive success.
• Support development of major investment programmes across the water sector.
• Promote best practice in project management, safety, quality and sustainability.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing culture.
