Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the South East Water contract, overseeing repair and maintenance across Kent and Sussex. You will deliver safe, compliant and customer-focused services while balancing performance, productivity and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Significant contract or operational management experience within the water industry.
Experience managing repair and maintenance, network operations or reactive service delivery workstreams.
Strong safety, customer and commercial performance track record.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead operational managers and supervisors to deliver planned and reactive works safely and to service levels.
Convert workload demand into clear daily and weekly operational plans.
Align labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources to meet requirements.
Drive performance against KPIs covering safety, customer service, productivity, quality and cost.
Manage budgets, productivity and contract performance for efficient delivery.
Lead incident responses and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
