Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking an experienced operational leader to deliver the South East Water contract across Kent, Sussex and Basingstoke. You will supervise leak detection, data collection and CSL activities, coordinating field teams with office support to hit KPIs and client expectations.

Based across the South East Water region with regular travel, the role focuses on people management, productivity improvements and data-driven decision making while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering leak detection, data collection and CSL programmes.
• Strong leadership with experience across field and office teams.
• Awareness of KPIs, safety regulations and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based teams and office support to meet contract KPIs.
• Oversee fleet utilisation, resource planning and cost control.
• Engage with client representatives and report performance metrics.
• Promote health, safety and continuous improvement across workstreams.
