Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced operational leader to deliver the South East Water contract across Kent, Sussex and Basingstoke. You will supervise field teams, manage data collection and CSL activities, and ensure delivery meets KPIs and client expectations.

The role emphasizes commercial delivery, fleet management and performance improvement, with regular travel across multiple sites and strong collaboration with office support and client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret operational data and report performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with focus on efficiency and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Stabilise and optimise delivery across leak detection, data and CSL programmes (short term).
• Lead field-based teams and oversee daily operations, workforce planning and fleet utilisation.
• Drive productivity, data accuracy and reporting requirements; enable continuous improvement across all workstreams.
• Engage with client representatives, project managers and planners to report on performance and issues.
