Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Operations Delivery Lead to supervise and coordinate field teams delivering leak detection, data collection and CSL services across the South East Water region. You will drive performance, safety, and data quality while aligning with contractual KPIs and client expectations.

Based across Kent, Sussex and Basingstoke with regular travel, you will manage workforce planning, fleet usage and reporting requirements, developing senior leaders and improving

• Experience leading field-based and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to manage operations against KPIs, leakage targets and productivity measures.
• Experience using data to improve delivery and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational systems for tracking performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based teams delivering leak detection, data collection and CSL services.
• Coordinate daily operations, workforce planning and fleet utilisation.
• Ensure safety, compliance and KPI attainment across regional delivery.
• Engage with client representatives to report performance and resolve issues.
• Travel across South East Water region to supervise multiple sites.
